Details

Note to authors: Each main conference paper must be associated with at least one unique full (non-student) conference registration. Student attendees registering for their paper should also select the “Student Author Registration” item during checkout to meet the full rate; professional level registrants already satisfy the full rate. Please coordinate with your coauthors to ensure there is at least one full rate registration associated with your paper, and let us know if you have any questions.

• Participation to the conference and the workshops will be ONLY in presence.
• For each full paper there should be one full conference registration associated to be included in the final proceedings.
• For each workshop paper there should be one full workshop registration associated.
• Main Conference (or Main Conference+Workshops) registration includes: welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, and conference dinner.
• Workshops registration includes: coffee breaks, and lunch on March 24.
• The student rate is available only to those who have student status at the time of the conference. Students will be required to submit a proof of student status (a scanned copy of their student ID).
• Cancellation will cause a cancellation fee of EUR 100 detracted from the refund. Any cancellation, 7 days or less before the conference will be fully charged.

Price

All the prices listed below are in euros (€). There are three primary registration types: (1) main conference+ workshops, (2) only main conference, or (3) only workshops.
