Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org<\/a>. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA\/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org<\/a>. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org<\/a>, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates.<\/p>\n

Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps\/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services like accommodation, taxi transfers, etc (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes\/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.<\/p>\n

Notes for Authors:<\/h3>\n

  • Each Conference Paper<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0must be associated with at least one Member\/Non Member (Non-Student) conference registration (note here that an author that has a paper accepted for the main research track\u00a0AND<\/strong>\u00a0also another one as a demo or poster, then that author can pay only one registration, assuming that the demo or poster in question are related to the paper accepted for the main research track).<\/li>\n
  • Main conference Authors must register and pay by January 23, 2026.<\/strong><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Authors of ANY other type of contribution (demos, posters, workshops) must register by February 6th, 2026.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Each Workshop Paper<\/u>\u00a0<\/span>must be associated with at least one Member\/Non Member (Non-Student) workshop registration. Authors of workshops papers must register and pay by February 6th, 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • For workshops, one registration covers only one paper.<\/li>\n
  • Authors with ONLY an accepted paper as a Demo or Poster, they need to pay the registration fee normally.<\/li>\n
  • If an author has more than one accepted paper for the Main Research Track, then a separate and additional registration needs to be paid for each additional paper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
