Onsite registrations or via email are accepted.

Important
Authors of accepted papers to the main conference must register by Jan 09, 2017. Without at least one paid registration for each paper, the author's contribution will be removed from the proceedings and the technical program.

Authors of ANY other type of contribution (demos, posters, workshops, student consortium) must register by Jan 17, 2017 (extended).


Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially conference negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

All Registrations to the conference include: Conference material, conference proceedings, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
Students * must provide a valid evidence of their student status (e.g. a scan of student card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) by emailing info@easyconferences.eu.
Workshop/Tutorial Day Fee Only ** includes: Participation in the Workshop/Tutorials, coffee breaks.
Workshop/Tutorial Fee (for main conference participants) *** Participants registering for the main conference that wish to attend the workshops please make sure that you select the Workshop/Tutorial Registration option under Step 03 (Satellite Events) of the registration form.
