REGISTRATION
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates.
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services like accommodation, taxi transfers, etc (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

Note:

Notes for Authors:
- Each Conference Paper must be associated with at least one Member/Non Member (Non-Student) conference registration (note here that an author that has a paper accepted for the main research track AND also another one as a demo or poster, then that author can pay only one registration, assuming that the demo or poster in question are related to the paper accepted for the main research track).
- Main conference Authors must register and pay by January 23, 2026.
- Authors of ANY other type of contribution (demos, posters, workshops) must register by February 6th, 2026.
- Each Workshop Paper must be associated with at least one Member/Non Member (Non-Student) workshop registration. Authors of workshops papers must register and pay by February 6th, 2026.
- For workshops, one registration covers only one paper.
- Authors with ONLY an accepted paper as a Demo or Poster, they need to pay the registration fee normally.
- If an author has more than one accepted paper for the Main Research Track, then a separate and additional registration needs to be paid for each additional paper.
Registration Type Entitlements:
- Conference & Workshops Registration (23-26 March 2026) Fee includes: conference & workshop materials, daily coffee breaks for all days, lunches for all days, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
- Conference Only Registration (24-26 March 2026) Fee includes: conference materials, daily coffee breaks , lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
- Workshop/Tutorial Only Registration Fee includes: workshop materials, coffee breaks and lunch for the day (23 March 2026).
